These terms govern use of Disclosure Ledger operated by Atlas AG LLC. By using the service you agree to them. This is not legal advice.
Service description
Disclosure Ledger lets you create self-reported AI declarations paired with a browser-computed content hash and a best-effort provenance scan summary, stored as a public declaration / audit trail (record page and export). Pricing: 3 free records on this instance, then €29 per month (EUR) for continued creation when billing is configured.
No compliance or verification warranty
The service does not determine EU AI Act Article 50 adequacy, does not verify authenticity or authorship, does not cryptographically sign or attest images, and does not provide legal advice. Declarations are self-reported by you.
Self-reported content
You are responsible for the accuracy of declarations, notes, and metadata you submit. Records are labeled unverified. Do not submit unlawful content or personal data of others without a lawful basis.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas AG LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim or (b) €29. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law (including mandatory EU consumer protections).
Pricing
The free tier allows three records on this instance. Thereafter, continued record creation may require a Team subscription at €29/mo (EUR), billed via Stripe when configured. Paid access unlocks continued use of the declaration tool — it does not purchase verification, signing, attestation, or legal advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence in the EU/EEA/UK where those protections cannot be waived.
